Delivery & Activation Policy

1. How our Services are delivered

• Our apps run in your web browser (and Samvaad on your phone). Access is delivered to the account you sign in with.
• A free trial starts as soon as your account is created and your e-mail address is verified.
• A paid plan activates as soon as Razorpay confirms the payment — usually within a minute — on the account that made the purchase.
• You receive a confirmation and a GST tax invoice by e-mail for every payment.

2. If activation is delayed

If your plan is not active within 24 hours of a successful payment, write to support@prabhassaas.in with the Razorpay payment ID. We will activate it, or refund the payment in full if we cannot — see the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

3. Where we serve

Our Services are designed for businesses and professionals in India and priced in Indian rupees. GST is charged according to the place of supply recorded on your account.
