Acceptable Use Policy
Our apps create documents that other people and the tax system rely on. This policy sets out what they must not be used for. It is part of our Terms of Service.
1. Content you must not create, upload or share
In line with Rule 3(1)(b) of the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021, you must not use the Services to host, display, upload, publish, transmit or share anything that:
- belongs to another person and to which you have no right;
- is obscene, pornographic, paedophilic, invasive of another’s privacy (including bodily privacy), insulting or harassing on the basis of gender, racially or ethnically objectionable, or promotes money laundering or gambling;
- is harmful to children;
- infringes a patent, trademark, copyright or other proprietary right;
- deceives or misleads about its origin, or knowingly and intentionally communicates misinformation or information that is patently false and untrue or misleading in nature;
- impersonates another person;
- threatens the unity, integrity, defence, security or sovereignty of India, friendly relations with foreign states, or public order, or incites an offence or prevents its investigation;
- contains a software virus or any other code designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of any computer resource;
- violates any law for the time being in force.
2. Tax and financial misuse
- No invoices, bills or credit notes without an actual supply of goods or services, and no circular trading.
- No passing on or claiming of input tax credit that is not genuinely available — offences under Sections 122 and 132 of the CGST Act, 2017.
- No use of another person’s GSTIN, PAN, name, logo, signature, UDIN or digital signature certificate without their authority.
- No use of the Services to launder money, evade tax or assist anyone else in doing so.
- No misleading or harassing collection messages to anyone who owes you money.
3. Messages
- Send e-mail, SMS and WhatsApp messages from our apps only to people who have a relationship with your business or have agreed to hear from you, and honour every opt-out.
- Follow the Telecom Commercial Communications Customer Preference Regulations, 2018 and the WhatsApp Business policies. No spam, and no bulk promotional messages.
4. Misusing the Services themselves
- No attempt to get around sign-in, plan limits, metering, the subscription check or another customer’s access controls.
- No scraping, automated bulk use, or load that endangers the Services for others.
- No copying, reverse-engineering, reselling or sharing of logins beyond the users your plan allows.
- No security testing without our written permission — see responsible disclosure below.
5. Reporting a security problem
If you find a vulnerability, write to grievance@prabhassaas.in with the details and give us reasonable time to fix it before telling anyone else. We will not take action against good-faith research that avoids other people’s data, does not degrade the Services and stops at proof of the problem.
6. What we do when this policy is broken
- We may remove or disable access to content, suspend features, or suspend or close the account — immediately where there is a risk to others or the law requires it.
- Where the law requires, we preserve the relevant information (for 180 days, or longer if an authority asks) and report to the appropriate authority.
- To report content or use that breaks this policy, write to our Grievance Officer.
